Bright Light Education is always looking for highly-qualified individuals who are passionate about increasing student achievement and closing the achievement gap. We frequently have openings for tutors, educational consultants, program coordinators and student enrollment specialists. All of our positions require previous experience and the successful completion of our rigorous training program. Most positions also require the completion of criminal background checks.

  • At a minimum, all tutors must have completed 60 college credits. Most tutor positions require bachelor degrees and teaching certification.
    We are looking for tutors with patience and energy as well as outstanding character and values.
  • Educational Consultants must be experts in their field. Many consultant positions require a minimum of a master's degree.
  • Student Enrollment Specialists must have experience in marketing and promotions.
  • Program Coordinator positions require previous administrative experience.
